Hello! I'm a small artist yearning to work freelance. I'm very flexible with what I can do and so, if you like my art, you can support me either by commissioning me or sharing my profile!As an important announcement, I'm currently at an uncertain situation so I don't think i can accept commissions, or at least not if you are willing to be flexible with time wait. Thank you for your understanding! (I'm deeply sorry)

How To Commission Me?
The basic start is that, after reading the sections of this page, you have to fill the following request sheet.Before I give you a price, you must send the following:
Basic written idea (the more extensive and descriptive, the better)
Reference pictures to aid what you explain (refrain from sending real life pictures if the content is graphic)
In case of OC's, send a reference sheet
Your own drawn references are highly encouraged!
Inquiries about prices are completely free, so even if you are unsure, I encourage you to send me your questions and I will answer them the best way possible.

Payments
Payments are through Stripe. No need for clients to create an account.After we have come to an agreement of the idea, I will give you the total of the price for the commission. It will be paid as it follows:
First pay 50% of the total commission's value. After the payment has been made, I will send the sketch. Following the sketch's approval I will send the finished lineart.
After the sketch has been approved, you must pay the remaining 50% (of the total commission's value) so I can start the coloring process.
Once the commission is finished and there is nothing else to tweak, you will have to send me your email to send you the finished product.
Reminder that you have the right to 2 changes before the lineart, and 2 rightful changes in colors, if there is more than that, you will have to pay for the changes, so please think carefully about your decisions!
Pricing
The following are the starting prices, depending on the detail and complexity of the commission, it could vary.What you will receive at the end of the commission will be:

- PSD documentPlease do finish reading until the end, where the issues like changes and commercial rights are spoken about.

Commercial Use
In case you want to destine the commission to promote or use it in merchandise / turn it into merchandise, you will have to pay +100% of the commission's total value.After paying this value, you will have the free right of use of the art , yet giving the proper credit to me, the original artist.This amount is a one-time fee, which means, you will pay this once and never again.

You acknowledge that any commission tasked is purely digital, which means no physical copy will be sent to you.The final product of the commission will take around 2-3 months. In case of rush fee, this time will be reduced from 7-15 days.You can request for the art's process at any given moment.As the artist, I am under the right to cancel and reserve my services at any given moment, and the same goes for you as the client.
In the case i cancel the commission, it would be most likely the case in which i don't feel comfortable working on it or because of stress (I study) and i would hate for those circumstances to affect the quality of the work.Once the commission is finished and delivered, my signature shall not be removed by myself or by force. The credit to the artist will stay mine, so please be respectful and let's avoid uncomfortable situations.
At the same time, no modifications should be exerted on the drawing.No commission will be tolerated to get used as a NFT (non-fungible token) nor to feed AI engines.All commissions are considered for personal use, such as using as profile picture or posting to share/show and not to profit off of it, for that remember to read pricing until the end.Changes
As the commissioner you have the right to 4 major changes, 2 during the sketching process and other 2 during the coloring process.
Major changes will be considered as those that modify the silhouette of the drawing or have impactful changes for the composition of the same.
Minor changes will be contemplated to be free.
If the modification you want to apply exceeds the number 4, there will be a fee per change. Said fee will be +200 MXN per each modification.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds have a different percentage and depend on the stage of the drawing.
100% if i haven't started on the commission (not even a sketch).
60% if we are on the sketching phase
30% on the lining phase
0% if the coloring phase has been started or the commission has been finished.
As for chargebacks, it will be better if it is spoken among ourselves before proceeding to do that. In the case this came into my notice, i will message you and make sure this is the process you want to follow and stop the commission.If no reply is given about a chargeback, or if the issue repeats itself, the contract will be terminated and depending on the circumstances, the user will be banned from commissions.
